Where do you see yourself in the future? Where do you want to be? By when? What will that look like? Simply put, this is your vision – where you are headed. You may have a specific weight, career, amount of money, relationship status that you want to attain.

Now:
Where are you now compared to where you want to be in your future with respect to your desired area of change? How far away are you from the vision of who and where you want to be?

Bridge:
What do you need to do to get from where you are today to your desired point in the future? What actions do you need to take? When do you need to take those actions?

Action Steps:
On a piece of paper, draw lines to create three columns. Head the first column “Now”, the second column “Bridge”, and the third column “Then”. Put the answers to the questions in each section above in their respective columns on your paper.
